Factory Surveillance

ITACS is pleased to offer the following factory surveillance services in China and Hong Kong regions(please enquire to see if your area is included) now that ITACS has staff residing in Hong Kong & Shenzhen. Charges on application, accommodation and travel charged at cost if more than one day.

Note: audit staff are based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen – saving on travel costs.

LEVEL 1 PRE SHIPMENT AUDIT

  • Compliance Check to B.O.M. against Clients Product.
  • Specifications / Approvals Test Report.
  • Compliance of Packaging / Commercial documentation against Clients Product Specifications. i.e. Bar Code, Gift Box Artwork, Shipping Carton, Colours, etc.
  • Product Function / Operation against Clients Product Specifications and requirements. i.e. Electrical Rating, temperature, velocity, R.P.M. etc.
  • Check against Quantity ordered vs. Quantity Produced.
  • Quality Visual inspection.
  • Written Report + Photographs.

LEVEL 2 PRODUCTION AUDIT

Same as Level 1 Plus Additional Services as follows:

  • Testing of Measuring Equipment and Calibration Records on Production Line.
  • Check for correct On Line procedures / Work Instructions.
  • Check and implement Off Line Q.C. and Engineering Audit procedures.
  • Verification of Production Schedules and Time Lines.
  • Written Report + Photographs

LEVEL 3 PRE PRODUCTION AUDIT

  • Check Incoming Q.C. procedures.
  • Work Procedures and Planning Flow Charts.
  • Operator / Q.C. Training.
  • Production Line Inspection Procedures.
  • Testing Equipment and Calibration Check.
  • Drawings and specification checks.
  • Life Test Procedures and Records if applicable.
  • Written Report + Photographs.

LEVEL 4 FACTORY AUDIT

  • Assess Factory for Capabilities.
  • Tooling / Maintenance Capabilities.
  • Factory Accreditation. i.e. ISO 9000 etc.
  • Fire Risk Assessment.
  • Storage Capabilities.
  • Component and Finished Product.
  • Handling Capabilities.
  • Component and Finished Product.
  • Co-operation of Factory Staff and Management Assessment.
  • House Keeping Assessment Management of Human Resources Assessment.
  • Utility Assessment. i.e. Power Supply, own Generator for Production, etc
  • Logistics Assessment. i.e. location to main roads and ports
  • Written Report + Photographs
